B-FIT Classes at Bridgemill Athletic Club

We have diligently put our time and effort into planning the best fitness training programs for every member no matter what level of fitness. Each class is led by a certified instructor or personal trainer and is specifically crafted to strengthen, tone, shape, release and relax all the major muscle groups. We’ve designed the programs to fit your unique schedule providing both day and evening options to ensure you have several classes per week to attend. Join a community of members who will energize and motivate you to sweat and move to better strength, endurance, mobility and more. 


Whether you are new to fitness, a fitness junkie or the young at heart we have a class for you. 

Group fitness classes are included in your membership. They are subject to change, so please confirm schedule by checking the online calendar or the Monthly Newsletter 

BODY BY DESIGN: Mondays 9:15am 

If you’re looking to create lean, strong arms and abs, toned, shapely backs, booties and thighs this low impact complete body workout is for you. We’ll use a variety of exercises and tools to challenge the glutes, quads, hamstrings, arms, abs and back to design a totally toned and shapely body. All fitness levels welcome 

Body By Design Express:  Fridays 9:15am

This 30-40 minute class will be similar to the Monday Body By Design class.  It is designed for those who like a group class format but are on the go and need to be done with a workout in a quicker fashion.  ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

LABLAST: Mondays I Fridays 10:30am 

LaBlast is a ballroom dance inspired dance fitness program created by Louis Van Amstel – former Dancing with the Stars pro and world champion. It is partner-free and accessible for all levels of participants. You can be a seasoned ballroom dancer or an absolute newbie. ALL LABLAST CLASSES HELD IN THE TERRACE

LaBlast Chair: Thursdays 11:45 am

LaBlast chair fitness is based on ballroom dancing (no partner needed), includes all components of physical fitness and makes fitness accessible to everyone. Participants will move to dances like the Jive, Salsa, FoxTrot and more, incorporating music from all artists, genres and eras. We start simple, build a foundation and advance over time. This “workout in disguise”, engages the whole body- physically, mentally and emotionally- It gets people moving regardless of their fitness level, age, ability or dance experience and since the class is done seated, participants feel safe and comfortable. ALL LABLAST CLASSES HELD IN THE TERRACE

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: Tuesdays 10:30am 

This class will train your muscles to work together to prepare the body for daily tasks, and real-life activities by simulating common movement patterns of daily living like squatting, reaching, pulling and lifting. Participants will see and feel improvement in strength, balance/coordination, power, range of motion, and mobility. All fitness levels are welcome 

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Tuesdays 12:00pm 

This 30- minute full body workout is performed in a circuit format that moves from one exercise to the next. It is designed for all fitness levels to tone muscles and increase metabolic function for more calories burned throughout the day. 

INTRO TO FITNESS: 2nd Tuesday of every month 7pm This once- a- month class is for those new to exercise or need a little nudge in the right direction. The class is led by a certified personal trainer and

focuses on teaching proper use of the cardio and weight equipment. You will be guided on how to get started working out and given options that are available to help you reach your health and fitness goals. 

MIX IT UP: Wednesdays 9:15 am: We’re going to mix it up in this class. You’ll get a full body workout that includes cardio and strength exercises using weights, medicine balls, the TRX and battle ropes in circuit training class format. All fitness levels welcome 

BARRE/PILATES FUSION: Wednesdays 10:30am 

This full body conditioning class combines the fundamental principles of both Barre and Pilates. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on sculpting long, lean muscles while challenging the core with each movement. This low impact class is great for all ages and fitness levels 

YOGA: Wednesdays 5:30pm, Thursdays 10:30am, Fridays 9:15 am 


This class will consist of a thorough warm-up followed by sequences and postures that build heat and strength in the body then will close with cooling and calming postures to leave you feeling balanced and renewed. All ages and abilities welcome. 

B-FIT SMALL GROUP TRAINING at Bridgemill Athletic Club

These small group classes are for those who desire a little more focused attention or want to learn something new. Programs range from 4-6 weeks and are usually progressive or teach a specific skill. The classes are 30 minutes – 1 hour and require a minimum of 2 – maximum 6 participants. These classes are in addition to your membership and require registration. 


PILATES REFORMER: Monday 5:30 I 6:30 pm Class size (3) 


Monday 7-8pm Green Belt, Instructor Sibak Michael Perkins 

Tuesday 5-6pm Advanced Class, Instructor Sigung Newbury 

Thursday 6-7pm Adult Beginners, Instructor Sigung Newbury 

Saturday 7-9am Adult Open Mat, All levels, Instructor Sigung Newbury
