B-FIT SMALL GROUP TRAINING at Bridgemill Athletic Club

These small group classes are for those who desire a little more focused attention or want to learn something new. Programs range from 4-6 weeks and are usually progressive or teach a specific skill. The classes are 30 minutes – 1 hour and require a minimum of 2 – maximum 6 participants. These classes are in addition to your membership and require registration.

ONGOING MONTHLY CLASSSES

PILATES REFORMER: Monday 5:30 I 6:30 pm Class size (3)

NEW!! PILATES REFORMER: 30 minute Beginner Class, Tuesday I Thursday 9:15 & 10am

NEW!! BCST: Class size (2, Max 4)

This 45 minute beginner to intermediate class is4 held in the main cardio weight room and led by a certified personal trainer. The class focuses on burning calories and building cardiovascular and muscular strength in a circuit format using the cardio and weight machines.

NEW!! TRX COMBINE: Friday 8:30am Class size (Min 2, Max 6)

This 30minute beginner to intermediate low impact class combines the TRX suspension trainer and dumbbells to tone and sculpt all the major muscle groups for a total body core focused workout.

ADULT MARTIAL ARTS:

Monday 7-8pm Green Belt, Instructor Sibak Michael Perkins

Tuesday 5-6pm Advanced Class, Instructor Sigung Newbury

Thursday 6-7pm Adult Beginners, Instructor Sigung Newbury

Saturday 7-9am Adult Open Mat, All levels, Instructor Sigung Newbury
